 LOCATION:  We have provided you with a map, as well as our address and phone number to help you find us easily. We are located in Spring TX just 30 miles North west of Bush Airport in Houston.

DEPOSITS: All deposits are nonrefundable due to removing cars off the market and potentially losing business. If you are not sure about the vehicle, please don’t leave a deposit. 3rd party inspections are welcome to come and inspect vehicles on-site, in the event you choose a service shop as long it’s within 5 miles, and you leave a nonrefundable deposit we can arrange to send the car on your behalf. If there are major issues with the vehicle deposits will be refundable but won’t be refundable if the buyer just changes their mind or finds a miner problem. We are not in the business of making money from deposits but we have lost business due to taking deposits and removing cars off the market, so we want to make sure buyers are ready to buy and the price is disclosed before taking deposits or taking our cars to 3rd parties for a pre-purchase inspection.

Remote Buyer – Out of town:  We offer Facetime video tools to our out-of-town customers; we also offer a 3-month Vehicle Service Contract through 3rd party to customers who buy online without coming in person to check out our vehicles to give them peace of mind and some kind of insurance unless waved by the customer.

Fly in town for pick up: We offer a free shuttle service from the Airport to our facility during business hours for our fly-in buyers.

Shipping: For shipping, we will help you arrange to ship for no cost, call us with any questions, and talk more about the details average rates are Minimum $180.00 or $1.00 Per Miles whichever is greater.

Fee’s and Tax’s: All cars are loaded with APEX Protect it $795 added to every vehicle and it’s activated for 3 years from the date the vehicle is purchased. there is also $145.00 DOC fee, 0.1458% Inventory tax and for Texas residents there will be Additional 6.25% sales tax, $13 License fee, $61.75 Registration fee, Certificate of title $20, $5 Tag fee, and 39.75 for state inspection.

Dealer Policy: All sales are final we don’t accept returns, all cars are sold As-IS without any warranty from Extreme Autoplex LLC, however we do offer vehicle service contacts for additional cost through 3rd parts that have Nationwide coverage and deferent levels of coverage. All buyers must singe we owe form at the time of the purchase that will include anything the salespeople promises and its only valid for 30 days otherwise we expect nothing was promised to the customer.
